HR Administrator | Remote (Tuesdays in London) | £35,000–£40,000

KMK is delighted to be partnering with an innovative, global SaaS company in their search for an HR Administrator to join their growing People team. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and enjoys supporting the full employee lifecycle.
Working primarily remotely, you'll join the team in their London office every Tuesday and play a key role in delivering an outstanding employee experience while ensuring HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.
The Role
As HR Administrator, you'll provide day-to-day support across a broad range of HR and People Operations activities, including:
- Acting as the first point of contact for employee, HR and benefits queries.
- Managing HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual changes, leave administration, and offboarding.
- Maintaining accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation across HR systems.
- Ensuring HR databases and personnel files are kept up to date and compliant.
- Updating HR policies, templates, and documentation in line with business and legal requirements.
- Supporting the administration of the performance management process, including goal setting, review cycles, and reporting.
- Assisting managers and employees with performance reviews and ongoing performance processes.
- Monitoring review deadlines, goal completion, and employee participation.
- Producing HR reports and people analytics, including headcount, turnover, engagement, and workforce metrics.
- Coordinating interview scheduling, candidate communications, and recruitment administration.
- Maintaining accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records throughout the hiring process.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:
- At least 12 months' experience in an HR Administration or People Operations role.
- Previous experience working within a fast-paced, high-growth, or scale-up environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using HRIS platforms such as Rippling, Leapsome, or similar systems.
- The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Intermediate Excel skills and confidence producing HR reports.
- Immediate availability or the ability to start at short notice.
