About Us

JD Healthcare Group is one of the UK's leading fertility and reproductive healthcare providers, operating brands including London Women's Clinic, London Egg Bank, London Sperm Bank, KindIVF, Surrey Park Women's Clinic, and Elective Egg Freezing across the United Kingdom. Since 1985, we have been supporting individuals and families through some of the most significant journeys of their lives — combining world-class clinical expertise with genuine human care. Everything we do is driven by a shared purpose: helping people build the families they dream of.

About The Role

As HR Administrator at JD Healthcare, you will be a central and valued member of our People Team — supporting the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations across a growing, purpose-driven organisation. From preparing contracts and maintaining employee records to supporting onboarding and responding to HR queries, your contribution will be felt across every clinic and brand we operate. This is a six-month fixed-term contract based full-time at our Harley Street office, with the potential for extension or permanent employment for the right person. If you are organised, people-focused, and looking to develop your HR career in a genuinely meaningful environment, we would love to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
