We're Hiring | HR Administrator
Halesowen, West Midlands
£25,000–£29,000 per annum
Permanent | Full-Time
We're recruiting an experienced HR Administrator to join a growing Health & Social Care organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to support recruitment, onboarding, HR administration and compliance within a CQC-regulated environment.
You'll be responsible for:

- Recruitment & onboarding
- DBS, references & Right to Work checks
- Maintaining HR records & systems
- Supporting CQC compliance & safer recruitment
- Payroll administration support
- HR reporting & employee administration
We're looking for:
- Previous HR Administration experience
- Excellent organisational & communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Health & Social Care experience desirable
- Knowledge of CQC & safer recruitment is an advantage
