HR Project Administrator
Location: Hull (Full time, office based) Contract: Minimum 6 week temporary assignment Salary: £14.30 to £14.50 per hour
About the Role
Are you an exceptionally organised administrator who thrives on bringing order to busy filing systems?
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established civil engineering business in Hull for an organised and detail-oriented HR Project Administrator to support the HR Manager with a crucial HR records project.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working methodically, excels with exceptional attention to detail, and takes pride in maintaining accurate and organised information.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and audit paper-based employee personnel files
- Identify missing documentation and flag gaps in employee records
- Organise, standardise, and digitise personnel files following company processes
- Create and update employee contracts and HR documentation
- Ensure all employee information is handled accurately and confidentially
- Provide general administrative support to the HR Manager throughout the project

Requirements
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident in working with both paper-based and digital filing systems
- Ability to manage a high volume of documentation accurately and efficiently
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently while managing priorities effectively
- Previous HR administration experience would be advantageous but is not essential
No HR qualifications required.
