Interim HR Administrator | Remote | £20.00–£25.00 per hour | 3–6 Month Contract

We're looking for an immediately available Interim HR Administrator to join a fast-paced, remote People team on an initial 3–6 month contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised HR professional who enjoys working across the full employee lifecycle while supporting performance management, HR systems and people operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR, benefits and employee queries.
  • Manage HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, leave management and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts and HR documentation across HR systems.
  • Ensure employee databases and personnel files are kept up to date.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, templates and compliance documentation.
  • Administer and maintain performance management systems, ensuring goals, review cycles and reporting are accurate and up to date.
  • Support managers and employees with goal setting, performance reviews and ongoing performance processes.
  • Monitor goal completion, review cycle deadlines and employee participation.
  • Produce HR and people analytics reports, including headcount, turnover, engagement and workforce metrics.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications and recruitment administration.
  • Maintain accurate ATS and recruitment records.

About You:

  • At least 1 year's experience in HR Administration or People Operations.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, scale-up or high-growth remote environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using HRIS platforms (such as Rippling, Leapsome or similar).
  • Confident handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Available to start immediately.
