Role Overview This HR Advisor role, with a focus on Learning & Development and Early Careers, reports into a Learning & Development specialist and plays a key part in delivering a high-quality HR service. The position supports the design and delivery of early careers programmes, helping to attract, recruit, onboard, and develop emerging talent while ensuring a positive and structured experience. In addition, the role contributes to a proactive and flexible HR function across the site. As a key user of the HR information system, the postholder supports effective processes and helps drive a modern, efficient HR operational model.

Key Responsibilitie sProvide generalist HR support, including employee relations, performance management, absence, engagement, and retention .Offer expert advice on employee relations matters such as conduct, grievances, performance issues, and organisational change .Coach and support line managers to ensure consistent and fair application of policies and procedures .Support early careers activity, including recruitment campaigns, assessment processes, onboarding, and cohort coordination .Coordinate and deliver Learning & Development initiatives, including inductions, compliance training, and development programmes .Manage learning systems and training administration, maintaining accurate records and ensuring audit readiness .Provide pastoral support to early careers participants, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and relevant regulations .Build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to continuous improvement across HR processes, data, and employee experience
