People Advisor | London (Travel between 3 London offices) | £45,000 – £50,000 + Bonus

We're partnering with a B-Corp certified conservation and hospitality group operating three distinct travel brands to find a People Advisor who wants to be part of a genuinely human-centric People function.

This is a business that exists to protect the world's wild places. The HR team reflects that same ethos.... empathetic, people-first, and refreshingly uncorporate.

The offering:

  • £45,000 – £50,000 + discretionary bonus
  • Private Medical Insurance
  • Pension with up to 7% employer contribution
  • Enhanced parental leave, Cycle to Work, and EV scheme
  • Hybrid working — 3 days across London offices, 2 days from home
  • A business with a genuine purpose, B-Corp certified, and growing

The Role

You'll join a small, close-knit People team of three, working directly with the Head of People UK across all three London offices and brands.

It's a broad, hands-on generalist role, no two days will look the same, with real opportunity to grow your ER capability, lead meaningful projects, and help shape how HR operates across a group that has grown significantly since 2020.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
