Are you an HR Advisor, looking to join a purpose-led organisation at the heart of the UK's cultural sector?
We are partnering with a well-known cultural arts organisation, who are looking for a People Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and commercially minded HR generalist who enjoys building strong relationships and providing practical people advice.
The Role
Working closely with managers and stakeholders across the organisation, you will provide guidance and deliver a high-quality people service. You'll be a trusted advisor on a broad range of employee relations matters and play a key role in supporting managers to navigate people challenges confidently and effectively.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing low level ER cases including sickness absence, performance and conduct issues
- Supporting family leave cases including maternity, paternity and shared parental leave
- Coaching managers through difficult conversations and people management challenges
- Supporting redundancy consultation processes
- Monitoring people data and trends to identify areas for improvement
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

- Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor / People Advisor position
- Strong ER experience, including managing sickness absence, conduct and performance cases, not just note-taking
- Experience advising managers through consultation and redundancy processes
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Excellent stakeholder management and coaching skills
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience) is desirable
- Experience in a Unionised environment is advantageous
