Regional HR Advisor | North Region
North Region (Multi-site role, based out of Chorley site)

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a role where you can make a real impact across a diverse operational environment?
At Elis, we're looking for a Regional HR Advisor to join the HR Team, partnering with managers across the North Region to deliver expert HR support, drive best practice and help create high-performing teams.
Working closely with the Regional HR Business Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor to managers, providing practical guidance on employee relations matters, supporting people initiatives, and ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied consistently across multiple sites.
What you'll be doing:
- Advising and coaching managers on employee relations matters including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance cases
- Supporting formal HR processes and ensuring best practice and compliance
- Monitoring people metrics and identifying trends, risks and opportunities
- Delivering HR health checks and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Supporting employee engagement activities and people-focused projects
- Coordinating and delivering HR and people management training
- Supporting recruitment and talent initiatives across the region

What we're looking for:
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Experience managing employee relations cases in an operational and/or multi-site environment
- Confidence in coaching and influencing managers at all levels
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience) desirable
