Human Resources Advisor
Part-Time HR Advisor (Permanent) – 21 Hours Per Week
Elevation Recruitment Group’s HR Division is partnering exclusively with a leading South Yorkshire business seeking to appoint a Part-Time HR Advisor to join their growing HR Team on a permanent basis, with flexibility for 21 hours across 3 days or shorter hours/longer days.
This is a newly created role within an established HR team, where you’ll collaborate with another HR Advisor and report directly to the HR Manager.
As a true generalist HR Advisor, you’ll play a key role across the full spectrum of HR initiatives while driving personal development.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of Employment Relations (ER) issues, with a focus on absence management
- Advising and coaching management teams while providing consistent guidance on employment law
- Handling ER-related matters, including:
- Conducting investigations
- Managing grievances
- Leading disciplinary proceedings
- Supporting dismissal processes
- Supporting the Employee Life Cycle:
- Assisting with recruitment, selection and onboarding
- Leading initiatives such as staff engagement surveys
- Providing HR reporting for senior leadership updates
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment requirements

Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor
- Strong understanding of employment legislation and best practices
