Human Resources Advisor
HR Advisor (12-Month Fixed Term Contract)
Location: Glasgow Area (Hybrid Working – 2-3 Days Onsite) Salary: Up to £40,000 depending on experience
The Opportunity We are partnering with a leading engineering and technology organisation to recruit an experienced HR Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and collaborative HR team, supporting business leaders through organisational change, workforce planning, and a broad range of people-related initiatives. Working within a complex, fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in delivering people strategies that support business objectives, enhance organisational effectiveness, and improve the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
Support organisational design and workforce transformation activities, including restructures, role design, workforce planning, and operating model reviews. Partner with managers and senior stakeholders to identify organisational needs and develop practical HR solutions. Provide guidance and support across a wide range of HR matters, including absence management, performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organisational change. Analyse people data and workforce metrics to identify trends, benchmark performance, and inform decision-making. Support the development of sustainable organisational structures that align with business priorities and future growth plans.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience within a generalist HR Advisory or HR Business Partnering role. Strong organisational design and change management experience, including involvement in restructures and workforce transformation projects. Experience working within large, complex organisations with multiple stakeholder groups. The ability to interpret and utilise people data to support recommendations and business decisions. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge constructively. A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
