Summary

Shape your path to HR Business Partner in a high-performing corporate team

The Role

Our new HR Advisor will play a key role in supporting the corporate group, combining hands-on HR operations with impactful advisory work and exposure to strategic initiatives. This is an ideal opportunity for someone ready to step beyond transactional HR and build toward a future HR Business Partner role.

Working closely with senior stakeholders and HR Business Partners, you will deliver commercially focused HR solutions, support organisational initiatives, and contribute to a high-performance culture aligned with company values.

Your Key Responsibilities

The HR Advisor will be responsible for delivering a balance of operational excellence and strategic support, including:

  • Provide practical, commercially focused HR advice to managers across the corporate group
  • Support HR Business Partners with organisational change, talent initiatives, and engagement activity
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and develop credibility at a senior level
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements to performance and retention
  • Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance issues
  • Guide managers on employment law and internal policies to ensure compliance and reduce risk
  • Deliver accurate and efficient HR administration across the employee lifecycle
  • Support onboarding, contract management, and continuous improvement of HR processes

The Ideal Candidate

Role

You will be an experienced HR professional looking to grow into a more strategic role, with a strong foundation in both operations and employee relations:

  • Proven experience in an HR Advisor role within a fast-paced or corporate environment
  • Confident managing complex employee relations cases from start to finish
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance admin and project work
  • Comfortable influencing and advising managers at different levels
  • Good working knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Proactive approach with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is desirable
