HR Advisor

£35,000 - £40,000

Milton Keynes

Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)

Join a people team that's building for the future

If you're someone who enjoys getting stuck into every aspect of HR, thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

We're partnering with a growing organisation that's entering an exciting new chapter. With ambitious expansion plans, acquisitions on the horizon and a brand-new HR system being embedded across the business, they're investing heavily in their People function and are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to play a key role in that journey.

This is a genuinely varied position where no two days are the same. You'll be supporting managers, handling employee relations, improving processes, producing HR reporting and helping establish the foundations of a modern, efficient People function. This is a hands-on operational role. Alongside advisory work, you'll be happy getting involved in HR administration, maintaining employee data, supporting system implementation and tackling the day-to-day tasks that keep a busy People team moving.

As the team and infrastructure continue to develop, you'll also become involved in wider HR projects, process improvements and business change initiatives, allowing the role to naturally grow over time.

The Role:

As HR Advisor, you'll provide broad support across the entire employee lifecycle while helping the business navigate an exciting period of growth and transformation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
