Robert Half is partnering with a leading conservation and travel business whose mission is to protect some of the world's most iconic wild places through responsible tourism. With a small, collaborative People team and ambitious plans ahead, they're looking for a People Advisor to become a trusted HR partner and play a key role in supporting employees and managers across the business.

🎯 The Opportunity

This is a true HR generalist role within a lean team where you'll have exposure across the full employee lifecycle.

Working closely with the Head of People, you'll take ownership of employee relations matters, support key People initiatives and help strengthen HR processes as the function continues to evolve.

This role would suit an experienced HR Advisor who enjoys variety, autonomy and building strong relationships across the business.

📈 What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing a broad range of employee relations cases including absence, wellbeing, family leave, performance and conduct matters
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees across the business
  • Supporting onboarding, contracts, HR systems (HiBob), benefits administration and employee lifecycle processes
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to HR processes and ways of working
  • Supporting engagement, wellbeing, DEI and People projects across the organisation
  • Assisting with recruitment activity and delivering a positive candidate experience
  • Partnering closely with the Head of People within a small, hands-on HR team

💡 What We're Looking For

  • Current HR Advisor or experienced HR Officer ready to hit the ground running
  • Confident managing low-level ER cases independently
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Comfortable balancing advisory and administrative responsibilities
  • CIPD qualification desirable but not essential
  • Personable, adaptable and relationship-driven approach
