People and Culture Advisor

Contract duration: 12m contract

Location: London, UK (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

Role Accountabilities:

  • Act as a first point of contact for managers on employee matters
  • Lead employee relations end to end, across sickness, absence, performance, conduct, and grievances.
  • Be our day-to-day interface with the Employee Connections team to help facilitate all requests for headcount additions or changes, ensure that job descriptions, org charts, and any other relevant reports are updated accordingly.
  • General administration and coordination activities such as coordination of work experience, liaising with Finance in relation to PO’s and invoices, WorkDay tasks.
  • Support the P&C Director and leaders with all people and organizational change as well as with BAU people processes.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced, matrix organization
  • Strong employee relations experience
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Strong knowledge of WorkDay system
