This is a permanent, full-time daytime role, working Monday to Friday, with flexibility required during peak periods. Offering a salary of £32,000.00 - £36,000.00 per annum, depending on skills and experience, the role will support three facilities across Corby, Lutterworth, and Bury St Edmunds, with regular travel between sites required.

Responsibilities and tasks:
- Responsible for providing HR support across multiple sites, advising managers on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and delivering effective HR administration.
- Advise and support managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance management.
- Build strong relationships with managers and stakeholders, providing practical and commercially focused HR advice.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with UK employment law.
- Manage HR administration, including recruitment, contracts, payroll liaison, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Maintain accurate HR records and produce reports to support business decision-making.
- Support employee engagement, retention, and training initiatives.
Profile:
- Proven experience in an HR Advisor role with a strong employee relations focus.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build effective working relationships.
- Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience in a fast-paced or multi-site environment (logistics experience desirable).
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- CIPD qualified or working towards CIPD qualification is desirable.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites as required.
