A vacancy has arisen for a HR Analyst/ Administrator within the Human Resources Team. This is a busy, vibrant team within the Resources Directorate with great working relationships across all areas of the Trust and Partnerships. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high functioning, friendly team where your skills, knowledge & experience of HR processes will strengthen the service the HR team deliver to the Trust.

As a HR Analyst/ Administrator working in the Trust you will:
- Be part of a fast-paced HR Department supporting operational and resource services across the Trust
- Ensure we use our internal systems and data to assist the Department in providing high level detailed HR Management Information reports including ensuring that the HR establishment is kept up to date through liaison with HRBP’s and Heads of Service
- Be responsible for producing accurate data and statistical information for a range of audiences including EMT and Trust board
- Be responsible for supporting first line HR and resourcing queries
- Provide high level administrator support to the wider HR team including diary management, booking of meetings, minuting of meetings and following up actions
- Be agile, adaptable and approach situations with an openness and transparency

About you:
- A proven track record and experience of producing, analysing and presenting complex and confidential data
- You must be able to demonstrate an advanced ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word to a high level of competence.
- Ideally you will have experience of working in a fast paced, demanding administration environment where every day is different
- Be trustworthy, conducting yourself with dignity and ensure confidentiality is adhered to. Be able to work on instruction, but also want to work from your own initiative.
