Are you an organised HR professional looking to gain experience supporting a global HR transformation programme?
Our client, a leading international organisation operating within the healthcare sector, is looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join their UK HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become involved in the rollout of a new global Workday HR platform whilst gaining exposure to a broad range of HR activities within a supportive and collaborative team.
You'll act as the first point of contact for HR enquiries, support managers and employees with day-to-day HR administration, and play an important role in ensuring employee records are accurately migrated and maintained within Workday.

Responsibilities include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR enquiries
- Providing first and second-line HR administration support
- Supporting the implementation of Workday
- Uploading and maintaining employee documentation
- Producing HR documentation including contracts and letters
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintaining accurate HR records
- Liaising with Payroll regarding employee changes
- Supporting HR reporting and continuous process improvement
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Previous HR Administration or HR Assistant experience
- CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience using HR systems (Workday would be an advantage)
- Excellent communication skills
- A proactive, positive and collaborative approach
