About the role

This is a unique opportunity to join the London office of DTEK. As one of the largest integrated energy companies in the CEE region, DTEK operates across a wide range of energy sectors, including electricity, gas, and renewable energy.

The role requires the ability to navigate diverse cultural, regulatory, and organizational contexts while ensuring alignment with the company's people strategy and corporate standards.

As the primary HR partner to the business, you will provide practical solutions to employee-related matters, support organizational effectiveness, and drive initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and help maintain DTEK International Limited as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Partner with managers on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.

  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-related initiatives.
  • Support organizational change and transformation projects across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at different levels of the organization and across various cultural environments.
  • Ensure HR solutions balance business priorities, employee needs, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support informed people-related decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
