Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking for a broad generalist role where you can make a real impact?
We're partnering with a fast-growing, multi-site healthcare organisation to recruit an HRBP to support leaders across the business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a people-focused organisation during an exciting period of growth.
As a trusted HR partner, you'll provide commercially focused advice and support across the full employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on employee relations and employee engagement. Working closely with operational leaders, you'll help create a positive, high-performing culture while ensuring HR best practice is embedded across the business.

- Partner with managers across multiple sites, providing proactive HR support and guidance.
- Lead on complex employee relations cases, ensuring fair, consistent and legally compliant outcomes.
- Develop and deliver employee engagement initiatives to enhance colleague experience and retention.
- Coach and support managers on people-related matters.
- Support organisational change and business growth, including HR integration activities where required.
- Use people data and insights to identify trends and recommend improvements.
About You
- Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor in a generalist role.
- Strong employee relations experience with the confidence to manage complex cases.
- Experience supporting a multi-site organisation, ideally within healthcare or another regulated environment.
- Passionate about employee engagement and creating positive workplace cultures.
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent) is desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
