Interim HR Business Partner
Edinburgh | 3–4 Month Contract | Immediate Start
Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong background in organisational change, restructures and employee relations?
Hunter Adams is supporting a client in Edinburgh who is seeking an Interim HR Business Partner to lead a business critical change project. This is an excellent opportunity to drive meaningful organisational transformation while providing expert HR guidance throughout a complex consultation process.
The Opportunity
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will take ownership of a restructure programme involving role changes, potential redundancies and updates to terms and conditions. You'll play a key role in ensuring a compliant, well-managed and people-focused approach to change.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end collective consultation process
- Support the planning and delivery of organisational restructuring activity
- Draft consultation documentation, employee communications and FAQs
- Facilitate consultation meetings with employees and employee representatives
- Provide expert advice on redundancy processes and employment legislation
- Partner with leaders to navigate sensitive people matters and mitigate risk
- Ensure a positive employee experience throughout the change journey

About You
- Proven experience leading restructures and collective consultation processes
- Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge
- Confident working autonomously in an interim or consultancy capacity
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commercially minded, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
- Comfortable handling challenging and sensitive conversations
