HR Business Partner

Location: Lancashire

RedGreen Partners are pleased to be partnering with a fast-paced, commercially driven organisation entering an exciting period of growth, transformation and continued investment in its people agenda.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to step into a highly visible, strategic role, acting as a trusted partner to the Executive and Senior Leadership Team while also providing deputy support to the HR Director.

If you are commercially minded, confident advising senior stakeholders, strong on employment law and experienced in organisational design, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful and measurable impact.

The Role

The role, which has arisen due to promotion, will play a central role in delivering the people strategy across a complex and evolving business.

As HR Business Partner you will:

  • Partner closely with the HR Director to deliver the people strategy across the business.
  • Provide strategic partnering to senior leaders, building trusted relationships and delivering people solutions that support performance, growth and transformation.
  • Lead organisational design, restructure and change programmes with commercial focus.
  • Support on a business wide AI transformation.
  • Provide expert employment law advice across complex and high-risk employee relations matters.
  • Manage sensitive ER casework, ensuring outcomes are legally sound, commercially balanced and aligned to business values.
  • Own and develop the people metrics framework, using workforce analytics and insight to inform executive decision-making.
  • Translate people data into clear, actionable recommendations that improve organisational effectiveness.
  • Support transformation activity, including TUPE, M&A, integration and wider change programmes where required.
  • Line manage and develop a Junior HR Business Partner.

We’re looking for a HR professional who brings a strong blend of commercial judgement, technical expertise and leadership credibility.

You will bring:

  • Ideally experience operating within a regulated environment.
  • Strong organisational design and change management expertise.
  • In-depth employment law knowledge and the confidence to advise autonomously on complex people matters.
  • Confidence using people data, workforce analytics and insight to influence business decisions.
  • Credibility and confidence working with executive and senior leadership stakeholders.
  • A commercial mindset, with the ability to connect people strategy to business performance.
  • The ability to operate at pace while maintaining sound judgement, discretion and professionalism.

What’s on Offer

  • The role will require a site-based presence c4 days per week.
