Anderson Knight is delighted to be partnering with a dynamic and growing technology-focused organisation to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys operating at both a strategic and operational level and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved in the detail.
Our client is a fast-paced, innovative business experiencing continued growth and transformation. They are seeking a proactive HRBP who can support business leaders in driving organisational performance, developing talent, and creating a high-performing culture whilst remaining hands-on with day-to-day people matters.
The Role
Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will act as a trusted advisor across the business, providing expert HR support, influencing key people decisions, and leading a variety of strategic HR initiatives.
This role requires someone who can balance long-term planning with operational delivery. You'll be comfortable shaping people strategy while also managing employee relations, supporting managers, and ensuring the smooth running of HR activities.

- Partner with senior stakeholders to develop and implement people strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on people management and organisational effectiveness.
- Lead and support organisational change, transformation, and growth initiatives.
- Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management activities.
- Use people data and insights to inform decision-making and improve business outcomes.
- Manage a range of employee relations cases, ensuring a pragmatic and commercially focused approach.
- Support recruitment and retention strategies within a competitive technology market.
- Review, develop, and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.
- Contribute to leadership development and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR governance requirements.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced HR professional with a strong blend of strategic thinking and operational capability.
You will bring:
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role within a technology, digital, IT, SaaS, or fast-growth environment.
- Strong employee relations experience and confidence managing complex casework.
- Experience supporting organisational change, transformation, and business growth.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to personally deliver outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent) would be advantageous.
