About the Role
We’re looking for an HR Business Partner who enjoys being right in the mix, bringing a positive and proactive approach.
This is a true generalist role with a strategic outlook—perfect for someone who thrives on variety, autonomy, and making a real impact.
Responsibilities
- Provide practical, confident HR advice to managers and employees
- Manage the full employee lifecycle
- Advise on HR policies, employment law, and best practices
- Support various change initiatives and organisational projects
- Keep HR data accurate and compliant
- Manage employee relations cases end-to-end

Requirements
- Proven experience operating as an HR Business Partner, HR Advisor, Senior HR Advisor, or HR Manager
- Experience managing the full employee lifecycle
- Solid working knowledge of UK employment law
- Confidence in dealing with ER issues independently
- Ideally, CIPD qualified
- Strong communication skills
- A talented people person
- Organised, pragmatic, and calm under pressure
