People Business Partner - Comms & PR
£70,000 - £80,000 + Benefits | Hybrid (3 Days in Central London)
We're partnering with a leading global collective of creative, branding, PR and communications agencies with ambitious growth plans. We are hiring a People Business Partner to partner with agency leaders, shape people strategy and help build high-performing, thriving businesses.
This is a true partnering role, supporting a portfolio of agencies with their own unique identities and cultures. You'll work closely with founders and senior leaders, acting as a trusted advisor while balancing commerciality with a people-first approach.
The Role
Reporting into the Chief People Officer, you'll partner with agency leadership teams across a client group of approximately 150, supporting businesses at different stages of their growth journey. Some agencies have mature people practices, whilst others are earlier in their HR journey, making this a varied and highly influential role.

Responsibilities
- Partnering with senior leaders to deliver commercially focused people strategies
- Coaching and influencing managers on organisational design and leadership capability
- Encouraging a high-performance culture and supporting leaders on the journey
- Managing complex ER cases
- Handling restructures, organisational change and transformation projects
- Driving engagement across the agencies and building culture initiatives
- Projects, including a full benefits review and new HRIS implementation

Requirements
You'll be an experienced HR Business Partner, who has recent experience working in the creative sector. You will love working with creative businesses and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. An ability to flex your style, whilst respecting the individuality of each agency is key. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills are a must. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that's investing heavily in its People function. You'll have autonomy, work alongside an impressive leadership team and play a key role in shaping the future of a growing global creative group.
