YOUR ROLE
Our Human Resources function is looking for a dynamic and commercially minded HR Business Partner to partner with our Contract Logistics business unit, playing a pivotal role in cementing a crucial link between the business and human resources and supporting in key projects that underpin our ongoing journey of business change and transformation.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for an exceptionally talented, brilliant, and driven individual from a contract-led environment with a dynamic and innovative style who will proactively build relationships with key business leaders using a collaborative, partnership approach. You will also be a credible and commercial operator who is comfortable working at pace in a transformative and contract-led business environment with significant experience of managing complex Employee Relations issues and leading TUPE's of significant scale and complexity. Previous experience of leading the people elements of bid and tender processes and the ability to interact and engage with external customers directly are also essential for this role.

This is a full time role where you will work 40 hours per week, the role comes with a competitive salary, company car, private medical, and additional benefits. Some national travel will be expected.
