erience. What You’ll
Be Doing Partner with Leadership: Maximize your coaching and development skills to successfully partner with operational line management, solving key problems and driving a localised, site-based Pe ople Plan.Deliver People Solutions: Collaborate with line managers and key stakeholders to execute initiatives emphasizing engagement, communication, performance management, and talent de velopment.Drive Data-Led Decisions: Use data-driven recommendations and trend analysis to influence operational leaders to make decisions that improve performance, attendance, retention, and the overall employee e xperience.Collaborate with Centres of Excellence: Partner with our HR Centres of Excellence to develop and execute broader HR strategies, such as listening products, leadership development, and diversity and inclusi on and ER.Champion HR Products: Lead and participate in project working groups to ensure the design of our people products is fit for our end-users, championing them at a regional level for effective imple mentation.Collaborate with our ER Experts: Provide expert People support to management in high-level disciplinary, grievance, and appeal meetings, as well as complex attendance management cases in conjunction with ou r ER team.Mitigate Risk & Advise: Interpret and advise on current employment legislation, risk mitigation, family-friendly policies, and diversity awareness, promoting equality as an integral part of ou r culture.Be a Brand Ambassador: Act as a credible ambassador for Ocado Logistics people in day-to-day interactions with our retail clients, including Morrison
