They have a great opportunity available for a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to join their growing HR team. This position is office based in London 5 days per week.

The HRBP will:
- Assist with the alignment of HR strategies across the business
- Partner with senior stakeholders on strategic initiatives while providing HR advice on daily people matters
- Drive workforce planning and organisational design initiatives, creating practical solutions that support business needs and future growth
- Collaborate with the wider HR team, sharing knowledge and learning new skills

We’re looking for:
- Around 7 years of HRBP experience, gained in a revenue generating environment (Trading, Investment Banking, Markets, and Research)
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Good knowledge of EMEA employment law and regulations
- Experience using Workday and other HRIS platforms
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred
