HR Business Partner - Financial Services

£70,000 – 80,000 + Bonus & Bens

Location: London (Hybrid - 2/3 days office) | International Scope | High-Growth, M&A-Active Organisation

Frazer Jones are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a global market-leading organisation as they embark on an ambitious and transformative period of growth. With a clear strategy to double revenue over the next three years, our client is investing heavily in both organic expansion and an active M&A pipeline, creating a dynamic, fast-evolving environment where HR plays a critical, front-line role in shaping success.

This is not a standard HR Business Partner role. This is a career-defining opportunity to join a business where you will operate at the heart of commercial decision-making, partnering senior leaders to drive performance, integration, and cultural evolution across an international footprint.

The Opportunity

As HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior stakeholders across the international business. Working closely with the Head of HR International, you will help design and deliver people strategies that directly enable growth, support integration activity, and strengthen organisational capability.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
