Human Resources Business Partner
HR Business Partner – Governance & Transformation
Location: Walter Street, London Contract: 3 Months Job Type: Hybrid Notice Period: 2 weeks
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support governance, compliance, and transformation initiatives within a fast-paced business environment. This role combines strategic HR partnering with project-based responsibilities, focusing on process improvement, risk identification, and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and audit HR compliance, governance, and vetting processes.
- Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Recommend and implement practical solutions to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Partner with HR teams and business leaders to support key initiatives.
- Lead or support transformation, change, and governance projects.
- Provide HR Business Partner support across business-as-usual activities and project workstreams.
- Drive remediation activities and monitor project outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience.
- Strong background in HR Business Partnering.
- Experience delivering transformation, change, or project-based initiatives.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to assess operational challenges and recommend effective solutions.
- Experience in governance, compliance, auditing, or vetting activities is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Experience working within an outsourced services environment is advantageous.
