Are you an experienced HR Business Partner who thrives in fast-paced, technology-driven environments? Do you enjoy working closely with senior leaders to shape people strategy, drive organisational change and build high-performing teams?

We're looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to support our Technology and Corporate functions, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver people initiatives that enable business growth, strengthen organisational capability and create an engaging employee experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver people strategies aligned to business objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations and organisational development.
  • Drive initiatives focused on employee engagement, leadership development, succession planning and culture.
  • Support organisational design, workforce planning and change management activities.
  • Coach and advise managers on people matters, ensuring best practice and legal compliance.
  • Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies, processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Champion an inclusive, high-performing culture where people can thrive.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders in a complex organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent development and organisational change.
  • Experience influencing and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, coaching and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working within technology, engineering or other technical industries.
  • Degree qualified and/or CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience).
