People Business Partner

Can be based anywhere along the M4 corridor / Hybrid / London HQ / Travel Required

£55-65,000 + car allowance + benefits

We're partnering exclusively with a leading UK organisation to recruit an experienced People Business Partner to join a high-performing HR team supporting a fast-paced, operational business.

This is a true business partnering role where you'll work closely with senior leaders across multiple business units, providing commercially focused HR support that enables business growth, drives engagement, and develops leadership capability. No two days are the same - you'll be managing complex employee relations cases, supporting organisational change and TUPE activity, and influencing key people decisions across the employee lifecycle.

  • You'll also play a key role in talent and succession planning, coaching managers, embedding best practice, and using people data to identify trends and improve business performance.
  • This is an opportunity to make a real impact while working as part of a collaborative and supportive HR team.

We're looking for someone who has proven HR Business Partner experience within a large fast-moving environments, with strong knowledge of UK employment law and the confidence to manage complex ER matters independently. Experience supporting organisational change, mobilisations, restructures, or TUPE is highly desirable.
