HR Business Partner
12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Are you an experienced HR Business Partner who thrives in fast paced, complex organisations? We are looking for a strategic HR professional to join our client on a 12 month fixed term contract, supporting a significant period of organisational change and transformation.
This is an exciting opportunity to partner with senior leaders, influence business direction and shape people strategies that drive high performance across a large, matrixed organisation.

- You will work closely with leadership teams and Centres of Excellence, including Learning and Development, Employee Relations and Recruitment, to deliver commercially focused people solutions that support business objectives.
The successful candidate will bring:
- Strong strategic capability
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- The confidence to influence at executive level
You will have experience leading large scale change, coaching senior leaders, and translating business priorities into effective people plans.
To succeed in this role, you will have proven HR Business Partner experience within a large, matrixed corporate environment. You will be commercially minded, resilient and comfortable working through ambiguity while maintaining focus on delivery and outcomes.

Salary is up to £65,000 plus pension and benefits.
