About the Role
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support our 360 team, partnering across Sales and Creative in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
This is a hands-on partnering role focused on helping leaders build high-performing, adaptable teams by bringing confidence, clarity, and pace to people decisions. You will work closely with leaders and managers to strengthen performance, team effectiveness, engagement, and manager capability, while also helping to shape scalable learning and development solutions that support business growth.
Although this is a HR Business Partner role, we are particularly interested in candidates who bring strength in learning and development, people development, or capability building. We are looking for someone who can take broad business needs and turn them into practical, scalable development solutions that improve performance and create more consistency across teams.
This role would suit someone who is comfortable operating in ambiguity, can influence with credibility, and brings a resourceful, creative, and pragmatic approach to solving people challenges. You will be part of a collaborative People team model, with HR Ops Excellence and first-line ER processes supported by the HR Coordinator, allowing you to focus on leadership coaching, organisational effectiveness, complex casework, and capability-building initiatives that have visible business impact.
What the opportunity looks like
Strategic Business Partnering
- Partner with leaders across the 360 team, including Sales and Creative, to understand business priorities and translate them into practical people plans.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, providing commercially grounded advice and challenge on performance, team effectiveness, structure, and capability.
- Support leaders to make strong people decisions that balance business priorities, employee experience, and risk.
- Use people insight, feedback, and business context to identify themes, spot risks early, and prioritise action.
Manager Capability, Learning, and Development
- Coach managers to build confidence and consistency in how they lead teams.
- Support leaders on core people fundamentals including goal setting, feedback, accountability, performance conversations, team effectiveness, and managing underperformance early.
- Identify capability gaps and development priorities across the 360 team in partnership with business leaders.
- Design and embed scalable learning and development initiatives, including training programmes, workshops, toolkits, and blended learning solutions, that strengthen performance and team effectiveness.
- Bring creativity and resourcefulness to development solutions, using internal expertise, external ideas, and fit-for-purpose tools to deliver impact without unnecessary complexity.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure learning interventions are relevant, adopted by managers, and tied to clear business outcomes.
- Support capability-building initiatives that improve consistency in how the Client Solutions / Sales team talks to clients about LADbible Group, while allowing enough flexibility to work effectively across different agency patches.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
