Human Resources Business Partner - FuzeRx

HR Business Partner (HRBP) – FuzeRx Operations

Fuze Health is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our FuzeRx Operations division. This isn’t just a traditional HR role—it’s about architecting a talent strategy that enables us to fulfill our mission: empowering people to take control of their health.

You will act as your leadership’s trusted advisor, aligning people initiatives with business objectives while navigating healthcare regulations, fostering innovation, and shaping a high-performance culture.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Advisory & Business Partnerships

  • Partner closely with the COO and senior leadership in FuzeRx Operations to design and execute people-centric strategies that drive long-term business growth.
  • Translate business goals into HR initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Organizational Design & Leadership Development

  • Consult on team structures, succession planning, and workforce scaling to ensureAlignment of talent with business needs during rapid growth.
  • Drive performance management (annual cycles, compensation reviews, promotions, and incentives) and talent development to identify and nurture future leaders.
  • Coach and mentor people managers (particularly in retail pharmacy and fulfillment) to strengthen leadership excellence.

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Lead and resolve high-impact employee relations matters, including investigations and disputes, to maintain a healthy, compliant, and supportive work environment.
  • Collaborate with leadership to mitigate risks while fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.

Data & Culture Leadership

  • Analyze people metrics (turnover, engagement, headcount) to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations to executives.
  • Champion Fuze Health’s values and culture, embedding them into the employee lifecycle and designing initiatives that enhance employee experience and retention.

Requirements & Qualifications

Notable Experience & Background

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a dedicated HR Business Partner (HRBP) role.
  • Highly preferred: Strong background in high-growth tech, healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Evidence of c-suite-level HR partnerships and a track record of influencing strategy at the executive level.

Key Competencies

  • Business Acumen: Deep understanding of global healthcare operations; ability to translate business language into actionable HR strategies.
  • Communication & Influence: Exceptional interpersonal skills to challenge leaders constructively, facilitate tough conversations, and drive decision-making.
  • Agility & Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, builder environment where priorities shift quickly— thrive with uncertainty and ambiguity.

Physical & Workplace Requirements

  • Ability to perform prolonged computer work and repetitive motions (typing, software use).
  • Requires the ability to stoop, bend, reach for equipment, and lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Consistent verbal and visual communication essential for interactions in a hybrid/remote setting.

Job Details

  • Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000 annually
  • Commission Eligible: No
  • Travel Requirement: Up to 20% of the time
