Fuze Health, A Leading Digital Health Company

At Fuze Health, we place patients at the heart of everything we do, delivering innovative digital solutions that revolutionise healthcare access, diagnostics, and pharmacy services. As part of our unified alliance—combining LetsGetChecked, Truepill, and Alto Pharmacy—we empower millions to connect with care, diagnostics, and treatments while equipping providers, employers, and life sciences companies to drive better outcomes. Our HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our FuzeRx Operations, ensuring our talent strategy aligns with our mission: "Empowering people to take control of their health."

About the Role

Ideal for a strategic HR leader with a deep enthusiasm for healthcare innovation, the HRBP (FuzeRx Operations) will serve as the trusted advisor to senior leadership—designing people strategies, driving organisational success, and fostering a culture of excellence. You won’t just manage processes; you’ll shape the talent backbone of FuzeRx’s operations, ensuring we grow the right skills to meet industry challenges, regulatory expectations, and ambition.

Fuelled by data-driven impact, you’ll partner with leadership to create a high-performing, agile workforce capable of scaling with our rapidly evolving business.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Partnership

  • Serve as a strategic HR advisor to the COO of FuzeRx Operations, aligning people strategies with long-term business objectives (e.g.,scale frened programs, efficiency,DE&I initiatives) and organisational transformation efforts.
  • Act as the cornerstone of business leadership, translating business goals into actionable HR programs—whether through talent planning, succession strategies, or change management.

Organisational Architecture

  • Advise on team structures, reporting lines, and workforce scaling to optimise talent deployment as FuzeRx autonomously grows.
  • Lead succession planning initiatives to ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders across retail pharmacy, fulfilment, and logistics.
  • Support workforce flex mechanisms (remote/hybrid engagement) to reflect industry shifts in operating models.

Performance & Talent Innovation

  • Design end-to-end performance cycles (goal-setting, feedback, career conversations), ensuring they drive alignment with company values and recognise high impact.
  • Oversee compensations, equities, and recognitions (OR) strategies to retain and motivate a high-performing workforce. Recommending pay equity and adjustments.
  • Partner with functional teams to identify emerging talent, stewarding diverse career narratives with robust development roadmaps.
  • Monitor and analyse people metrics (turnover, retention, engagement, diversity) to uncover trends and diagnose bottlenecks—a compiled report to guide executive decision-making.

Leadership Development & Managerial Excellence

  • Coach and mentor people leaders in pharmacy and fulfilment operations to develop their ability to drive results, build high-trust cultures, and navigate regulatory intricacies.
  • Facilitate tools/programs (e.g., 360 feedback, leadership influence training) to develop leadership bench strength.
  • Champion promotions, critical-staff retention, and recognition structures, aligning with broader industry certifications like NFP or Pharmacy HQ.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
