Human Resources Business Partner
HR Business Partner – Strategic & Operational Support
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to collaborate closely with senior leaders, delivering both strategic and operational HR support across a diverse service area. This is an exciting opportunity to shape organisational change, lead a team of HR Advisors, and foster a high-performing, engaged workforce.
Key Details
- Contract: 6 months (initial)
- Working model: Hybrid
- Location: Office-based in Uxbridge
- Rate: £400 per day, paid via an Umbrella Company
What You’ll Do
- Partner with senior leaders to develop people-focused solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Lead on:
- Workforce planning
- Organisational change
- Talent management
- Employee relations
- Performance management
- Manage and develop a team of 3 HR Advisors, driving best practices and continuous improvement.
- Provide expert guidance on complex HR matters, including:
- Investigations
- Disciplinaries
- Grievances
- Restructures
- Leverage HR data and insights to identify trends, support decision-making, and drive improvements.
- Build strong relationships with managers, Trade Unions, and key stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For
- CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent experience).
- Significant HR generalist experience, with proven track record as an HR Business Partner.
- Experience in leading change and collaborating with Trade Unions.
- Strong influencing, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.
- Analytical, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent HR services.
