Human Resources Business Partner
HR Business Partner – Permanent (5 Days on-site)
Partnering with a leading retail group, MB are seeking a permanent HR Business Partner based in Wembley. This is a true HRBP role, where people strategy meets commercial delivery, and your ideas will drive meaningful change across the organisation.

About the Role
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will play a pivotal role in a growing retail organisation, partnering with senior stakeholders to:
- Align HR strategy with business goals
- Drive performance, engagement, and cultural transformation
- Influence key business decisions through people-focused insights

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders to reject everyday operational tasks, elevating HR as a business-critical function.
- Expertise in Employee Relations: Lead complex ER cases, providing insightful guidance to resolve conflicts and enhance organisational health.
- Performance & Engagement: Drive high engagement and productivity, ensuring the workforce aligns with business objectives.
- Change Management: Support transformation initiatives with a structured, business-aligned approach.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage HR analytics to inform decisions on talent, culture, and workforce optimisation.
- Leadership Development: Coach and develop first-line to senior managers, nurturing a culture of strong, adaptive leadership.

Requirements
- Proven HRBP or Senior HR Advisor experience, preferably in retail, food manufacturing, or similar sectors.
- Strong commercial awareness with a proven track record of influencing senior decision-makers.
- Expertise in resolving complex employee relations issues and organisational challenges.
- Resilient, proactive mindset—excelling in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
- Ambitious, data-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Salary & Contact
- Competitive salary up to £45,000 (doing well for this market, but exceptions based on experience)
