JLB is partnering with a well established sports marketing company on the appointment of an HR Business Partner. The business has grown quickly across its commercial, digital and creative functions, and continues to invest in its people agenda and culture as it scales.

You'll join a lean, high impact HR team supporting a fast paced, visible and commercially minded environment, partnering across a defined client group spanning commercial, corporate and creative functions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Partnering with leaders and managers on organisational design, headcount planning and team structure
  • Leading and supporting employee relations, performance management and talent development cases
  • Supporting recruitment activity alongside Talent Acquisition, ensuring a strong candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Coaching managers on HR policy, best practice and people leadership
  • Contributing to and helping execute HR initiatives across your client group, from wellbeing to workforce planning and regional support
  • Using people insights and data to inform decisions and shape improvements

What we're looking for:

  • A strong core HR Business Partnering toolkit, generalist experience across ER, performance, talent and change
  • Proven track record in a fast paced environment, sports, media, entertainment, marketing or similarly dynamic sectors
  • Credibility with senior stakeholders, comfortable challenging and influencing constructively
  • Willingness to be on site across the working week as needed
