THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re excited to be recruiting for a proactive, organised, and people-focused HR Coordinator to join our Employee Relations Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied workload, takes pride in getting the details right, and loves seeing a process through from start to finish. The vacancy has arisen due to internal promotion within our HR department.
You'll play a key role within the business, supporting employees, managers and HR colleagues across a wide range of queries, processes and activities. Working closely with the wider HR team, managers, and employees, you’ll help deliver an excellent employee experience through effective HR administration, accurate reporting and supporting employee relation cases. You’ll be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy building strong working relationships, supporting others and being part of a team that enjoys working together to achieve great outcomes. Whether you've already worked in HR or have developed transferable skills in a similar role such as office management, this position offers an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in HR while gaining exposure across the full employee lifecycle.
You'll be based at our stunning head office and friendly warehouse offices in Banbury, Oxfordshire with the ability to work from home 1 day a week.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
- Proactively completing end-to-end HR administrative duties the employee lifecycle from onboarding to leavers, ensuring that paperwork and process actions are completed to SLA.
- Act as a first point of contact for employee and manager HR queries, providing timely, professional and solutions-focused support and escalating where required.
- Supporting the coordination and administration of employee relations activity, including investigations, note-taking, attendance management processes and flexible working requests.
- Maintaining accurate employee records, HR systems and reporting to support effective decision-making.
- Producing and analysing HR reports, identifying trends and supporting the HR team with accurate data and insights.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across HR, Recruitment and the wider business to deliver an exceptional employee experience.
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives and helping to continuously improve HR processes and ways of working.
- Ensuring HR administration is completed accurately, efficiently and in line with company policies and employment legislation.
THE TALENT YOU'LL BRING
- Experience in a similar role where you've managed multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- A deep interest in HR and the employee lifecycle, with a desire to build your knowledge and develop your career within the HR profession.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with a natural completer-finisher mindset.
- Someone who enjoys working at pace, delivering high-quality work efficiently and moving seamlessly between tasks and priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to build positive relationships at all levels.
- Excellent administration skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good Excel skills and confidence working with data, reporting and HR systems.
- The ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity, discretion and professionalism.
- A proactive approach, strong emotional intelligence and a passion for delivering a great employee experience.
- Experience using Monday.com and HiBob would be advantageous, but not essential.
- Some understanding of HR processes, employment law or CIPD studies would be beneficial, but we're equally interested in candidates who can demonstrate transferable skills and a genuine enthusiasm for a career in HR.

- A salary of £30,000 - £32,000 DOE
- 33 days holiday rising to 35 with length of service inclusive of bank holiday
