We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to provide critical support across Talent Acquisition and Human Resources programs. This role reports to the Director of International HR Operations in our London office. The HR Coordinator serves as a key point of coordination for candidates, hiring managers, employees, and HR stakeholders, ensuring an exceptional candidate and employee experience while maintaining compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in HR processes.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Coordination (60%)
- Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
- Partner with team members and hiring managers to support the hiring lifecycle from requisition approval through offer acceptance.
- Manage candidate communications, including interview invitations, confirmations, and follow-up correspondence.
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare offer documentation and support onboarding activities for new hires.
- Track talent acquisition metrics and generate recruiting reports as needed.
- Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment activities in accordance with local regulations.
- Support hiring events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Facilitate the onboarding process and day one new hire experience.

HR Programs & Operations Support (40%)
- Support the administration and execution of regional and global HR programs and initiatives.
- Assist with employee engagement activities, recognition programs, performance reviews, surveys, and related communications.
- Coordinate training and development activities, including scheduling and logistics.
- Support HR compliance efforts, documentation management, and recordkeeping.
- Assist with HR reporting, audits, and data analysis.
- Collaborate with HR team members on process improvement initiatives and special projects.
- Maintain HR systems and employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support implementation of new HR policies, processes, and tools across international locations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR coordination, talent acquisition coordination, talent acquisition support, or a related HR role.
- Experience supporting talent acquisition processes and HR programs in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/ATS platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- High level of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting international HR operations.
- Knowledge of UK employment practices and HR regulations. Additional countries an advantage.
- Experience with HR reporting and data analysis.
- Professional HR certification or progress toward certification.
- Professional Fluency in another European Language. Spanish preferred.
