Role Description
The Human Resources Coordinator is a full-time, hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some flexibility for work from home. This role supports day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, and assisting with benefits administration. The coordinator will help implement HR policies, schedule and support employee relations meetings, and respond to routine HR inquiries from team members and managers. Additional responsibilities include preparing HR documents and reports, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and HR standards, and collaborating with other HR and recruitment professionals to support a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including supporting core HR processes and administrative tasks.
- Experience with Benefits Administration, such as coordinating enrolment, answering benefits-related questions, and maintaining accurate records.
- Strong understanding of Employee Relations, including supporting conflict resolution, employee engagement activities, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and procedures, with the ability to help implement and communicate HR and safeguarding guidelines.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and build positive working relationships.
- Proficiency with HRIS or HR databases and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or equivalent).
- Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Awareness of safeguarding principles and a commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and non-discriminatory workplace.
