Manpower are currently seeking an interim part-time HR Coordinator, to work with our client who is renowned for over 130 years of commitment to improving global health and well-being, in Tingley, Leeds.
This is a part-time temporary ongoing role requiring 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to £13.33 per hour, depending upon experience (plus quarterly performance related bonus).
Job Purpose
We’re looking for a proactive and self-sufficient part-time Onsite Delivery Consultant to take ownership of recruitment and workforce support at a key client site in Tingley, Leeds. You’ll be working in an office within a manufacturing environment, supporting day-to-day workforce operations for a world-renowned, market-leading organisation specialising in medical equipment manufacturing.

You’ll be managing everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and day-to-day workforce queries. You’ll be trusted to organise your own time, manage priorities, and make decisions independently.
This is a fully onsite role. A consistent weekly working pattern will be agreed in advance to ensure reliable onsite coverage.
Key Accountabilities
- Managing end-to-end recruitment: advertising, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Coordinating inductions and setting up new starters
- Acting as onsite contact for both workers and the client
- Handling attendance, welfare, and employee relations matters
- Responding to queries and providing day-to-day workforce support
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems

Key Requirements
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, HR support, or a similar role
- Confident working independently and managing your own workload
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to build effective relationships with clients and workers
- Comfortable handling sensitive or challenging conversations
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Strong attention to detail and admin accuracy
