Job Title: Junior HR Associate/Recruitment Coordinator

We are hiring for a junior HR Associate/Recruitment Coordinator to join a global financial services firm on an initial one-year FTC. This role will sit at the heart of the employee lifecycle, coordinating global recruitment, running end-to-end onboarding, and keeping HR's day-to-day running smoothly.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who's organised, detail-driven, and looking to build a genuine career in HR within a fast-paced professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own global recruitment coordination: interview scheduling, candidate communication, and feedback collection
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding: HRIS set-up, benefits enrolment, background screening, and new joiner comms
  • Be the first point of contact for the HR inbox, queries and ensuring timely responses
  • Support day-to-day benefits administration and employee documentation
  • Keep employee records accurate and up to date within the HRIS
  • Get involved in process improvement as HR scales with the firm

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
