About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to deliver hands-on operational support across the full employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on employee relations and HR systems administration. Working closely with the Group HR Manager, you'll help ensure consistent, compliant, and high-quality HR practices across the organization, acting as a trusted first point of contact for managers and employees.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative HR team where you'll gain broad generalist experience while supporting a growing international business. The role is ideal for an HR professional who is CIPD Level 3 qualified (or working towards it) and is looking to continue developing a broad career within HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support and advice on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, probation, and performance.
- Attend and support investigations, disciplinary, and grievance meetings, preparing accurate notes and documentation.
- Manage employee relations cases in line with company policy, employment law, and HR best practice, escalating more complex cases where appropriate.
- Assist with the recruitment process by preparing shortlists and coordinating interviews.
- Prepare, issue, and maintain HR documentation, including offer letters, employment contracts, and contractual change letters.
- Assist with absence and performance-related correspondence in line with company policy.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems in line with GDPR requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, including right-to-work checks and employee inductions.
- Support the administration of performance and salary review processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and processes.
- Act as a key support to the Group HR Manager and UK & EU Recruiter across a range of operational activities.
- Assist with HR projects as required.
- Produce HR reports and key metrics, identifying trends and areas for action.

Essential
- CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards).
- Previous experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Officer, or HR Advisor role.
- Excellent written communication skills with confidence drafting formal HR correspondence.
- Good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Strong IT capability, including HR systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work on site five days per week.

- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards).
- Experience supporting HR across multiple business areas or within a growing organization.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Please note that this is a fully office-based role at our headquarters in Malmesbury, Wiltshire, so you will need to be able to commute to the office five days per week.
