About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to deliver hands-on operational support across the full employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on employee relations and HR systems administration. Working closely with the Group HR Manager, you'll help ensure consistent, compliant, and high-quality HR practices across the organization, acting as a trusted first point of contact for managers and employees.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative HR team where you'll gain broad generalist experience while supporting a growing international business. The role is ideal for an HR professional who is CIPD Level 3 qualified (or working towards it) and is looking to continue developing a broad career within HR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support and advice on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, probation, and performance.
  • Attend and support investigations, disciplinary, and grievance meetings, preparing accurate notes and documentation.
  • Manage employee relations cases in line with company policy, employment law, and HR best practice, escalating more complex cases where appropriate.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by preparing shortlists and coordinating interviews.
  • Prepare, issue, and maintain HR documentation, including offer letters, employment contracts, and contractual change letters.
  • Assist with absence and performance-related correspondence in line with company policy.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems in line with GDPR requirements.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including right-to-work checks and employee inductions.
  • Support the administration of performance and salary review processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Act as a key support to the Group HR Manager and UK & EU Recruiter across a range of operational activities.
  • Assist with HR projects as required.
  • Produce HR reports and key metrics, identifying trends and areas for action.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
