Hyatt Regency London Olympia is part of the transformation of Olympia into London’s newest destination for entertainment, hospitality and business, featuring exclusive new restaurants and bars, a brand-new music venue and theatre to delight visitors from all over the world. Within the Olympia destination, Hyatt Regency London Olympia offers 204 bedrooms, a bar and restaurant, a welcoming lobby lounge and three meeting rooms, with direct connectivity to Pillar Hall and the International Convention Centre. Having recently opened, the hotel presents an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and help shape the future of this landmark hotel.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide administrative support across all areas of the Human Resources function, working closely with the Director of Human Resources to ensure a seamless colleague experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, preparing offer documentation and supporting the onboarding process for new colleagues.
- Maintain accurate colleague records and HR systems, ensuring all documentation is up to date and compliant with company policies and employment legislation.
- Support the planning and coordination of colleague engagement initiatives, training programmes, recognition activities, and wellbeing events.
- Assist with payroll administration by preparing and processing relevant documentation, ensuring timely and accurate submission of colleague information.
- Provide first-line support to colleagues and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee queries, escalating matters where appropriate.
- Support the HR team with compliance audits, reporting, and the administration of performance management, learning and development, and other HR initiatives.

About You
Ideally, you will have HR experience or a recognised HR qualification such as CIPD, with experience in hospitality or a hotel environment being beneficial. You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you build positive relationships at all levels and bring a proactive, approachable attitude to your work.
