The HR Co-Ordinator
The HR Co-Ordinator plays a key role in supporting the delivery of a professional, efficient, and compliant HR service across our Feeds organisation.
Acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, this role ensures a positive employee experience through responsive support, accurate administration, and proactive coordination of HR processes whilst also contributing to continuous improvement of HR systems, processes and policies.

Day to Day
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across HR systems, ensuring full compliance with GDPR and data protection standards.
- Administer the employee lifecycle including onboarding, probation, role changes, and offboarding.
- Contribute to HR projects such as wellbeing initiatives, engagement surveys & policy updates.
- Maintain and update payroll input data for starters, leavers, salary increases etc and liaise with payroll to resolve queries.
- Monitor and track employee absences, ensuring appropriate documentation and follow-ups.
- Ensure all HR activities are compliant with employment legislation and internal policies.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and reports.
- Produce regular HR metrics and reports and identify data trends to support HR insights and decision making.
- Provide administrative support for employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management processes.
- Prepare documentation, meeting packs, and take confidential minutes where required.
- Track case progress and ensure documentation is filed accurately.

- Proven experience in a HR Administration or Coordination role.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel.
