Executive Leadership Team | UK & International

About the Role

Shape our people. Strengthen our business. Support our clients.

As we continue our ambitious programme of growth, acquisition and international expansion, we're looking for an exceptional Group HR Director to join our Executive Leadership Team. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the future of a fast-growing, private equity-backed organisation where people, culture and commercial success are intrinsically linked.

We're looking for an inspirational HR leader who is equally passionate about developing people as they are about driving business performance. Someone who is as comfortable influencing Board strategy as they are working alongside leaders to solve operational needs, build capability and create exceptional employee experiences.

This is a role that combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery. You'll shape our long-term people strategy while remaining close enough to the business to understand its needs, support leaders, coach teams and help deliver meaningful change across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting directly to the Executive Chairman, you'll lead our Group-wide people agenda across our UK and international operations, ensuring our people strategy enables sustainable growth, operational excellence and long-term commercial success.
  • A role with genuine impact
  • No two days will be the same.
  • One day you'll be presenting workforce strategy to the Executive Board, helping shape the future direction of the Group. The next, you'll be supporting leaders through organisational development, advising on complex people matters, helping support acquisitions and integrations, developing future leadership capability or implementing new technologies that improve the employee experience.
  • You'll lead across every aspect of the employee lifecycle, including:
    • Developing and delivering our Group-wide People Strategy.
    • Leadership development, succession planning and organisational capability.
    • Workforce planning aligned to commercial growth and future business needs.
    • Talent acquisition strategy, partnering closely with our Talent Acquisition Director to build proactive talent pipelines and strengthen our employer brand.
    • HR technology, AI-enabled recruitment, automation and people analytics.
    • Employee engagement, wellbeing, culture and performance.
    • Reward, recognition and organisational effectiveness.
    • HR operations, governance and compliance across multiple international locations.
    • Supporting acquisitions, integrations and organisational transformation.
  • Whilst this is a strategic Executive role, you'll also remain hands-on working closely with the business, providing practical HR support to the group, coaching and guidance to leaders across the Group whenever it's needed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
