HR Director (Executive) – Global Facilities Management

Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £250,000 Basic + Executive Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits

FM Talent Partners is proud to be partnering with a globally recognised Facilities Management organisation to appoint an exceptional HR Director.

This is a rare opportunity to join an industry-leading business at executive level, helping shape the future of a complex, international organisation while influencing business strategy from the boardroom.

We're seeking a commercially minded HR leader with deep Facilities Management expertise—someone who understands the dynamics of large operational workforces, can partner with executive stakeholders, and has a proven track record of leading transformational people strategies within the FM sector.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Executive Leadership Team, you will lead the global people agenda, ensuring the organisation continues to attract, develop, and retain world-class talent while supporting ambitious growth plans.

You will play a critical role in organisational transformation, leadership development, succession planning, culture, employee engagement, and strategic workforce planning across a large, geographically diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the global People Strategy.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Board.
  • Lead organisational design, transformation, and change programmes.
  • Build and develop a high-performing HR leadership team.
  • Drive succession planning and executive talent development.
  • Oversee reward, performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure best-in-class governance, compliance, and employment practices across the organisation.
  • Support acquisitions, integration programmes, and international business growth.

We're Looking For

  • Significant Executive HR leadership experience within the Facilities Management industry.
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-site, operational businesses with large frontline workforces.
  • A strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence business strategy.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience operating at Board or Executive Committee level.
  • A proven record of leading large-scale organisational change and business transformation.
  • Degree qualified and ideally CIPD qualified (or international equivalent).
