🌟 HR Business Partner Lead – EU Region

London | Strategic HR Leadership | Consulting | AI & Data Services

I’m supporting a rapidly growing digital solutions organisation that is hiring an HR Business Partner Lead to drive people strategy across the EU region.

This is a senior, high-impact role for an HR leader who wants to influence culture, performance, organisational development, and leadership effectiveness while partnering directly with senior stakeholders across a fast-paced tech environment.

🔑 The opportunity

As the HRBP Lead, you’ll act as a strategic advisor to leadership, aligning people initiatives with business priorities and ensuring HR continues to be a true enabler of organisational success.

  • You’ll shape culture, drive performance excellence, lead change initiatives, and elevate the employee experience across multiple countries.

💼 What you’ll be responsible for:

Strategic Partnership

  • Partner with senior leaders to understand priorities and translate them into people strategies
  • Lead workforce planning, organisational design, and change initiatives
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Build and deliver initiatives that strengthen engagement and workplace culture
  • Champion DE&I across teams
  • Act as a critical link between employees and leadership

Performance, Growth & Development

  • Lead performance management cycles and capability development
  • Coach managers on feedback, goal setting, and progression pathways
  • Identify skill gaps and work with L&D on targeted development programs

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal standards
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with HR operations
  • Use HR analytics to deliver actionable insights to leadership

Change Management & Organisational Development

  • Support leaders in major transformation and change programmes
  • Facilitate workshops to strengthen leadership and team effectiveness
  • Continuously improve HR processes, systems, and employee experience

🎯 What you’ll bring:

  • 8–10 years of HR experience, including 3–4 years in a business partnering role
  • Strong grounding in HR best practice, compliance, OD, and performance management
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder influence, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
  • Experience working within IT / technology services is preferred
